AI receptionist for dental practices

The AI receptionist that answers while your assistant is at the chair.

Forward your practice number when nobody picks up or outside opening hours. The AI receptionist answers, books a check-up in your Google Calendar or notes a callback request, and answers questions about opening hours, fees and emergencies from your own text. You get a summary of every call.

7 days free, then from €79 per month, excl. VAT.

Opens in a new tab. You talk to the assistant of an example practice in your browser; it says it is an AI and nothing is stored.

  • Built and live within 15 minutes
  • Appointments straight into your Google Calendar
  • Always says it is an AI
Example conversationHow it sounds at a dental practice

  3. AssistantOf course. Are you already a patient with us?
  4. CallerYes, Sanne de Vries.
  5. AssistantThank you. Wednesday at 10:30 or Thursday at 3 pm, which suits you better?
  6. CallerThursday at three.
  7. AssistantNoted: Thursday at 3 pm, a check-up. See you then.

Example · Names and times are invented. In every real call the assistant says it is an AI.

What the assistant does for dental practices

The same assistant as on every other page, with a script for your trade. It answers when you do not, around the clock or only when you are unavailable.

Check-ups in your Google Calendar, or a callback request

If your diary runs in Google Calendar, it books check-ups and follow-ups in free slots within your working hours, with the patient's name and number. If you plan in your practice software, it notes the request and the front desk books it.

Practice questions from your own text

Opening hours and phone hours, address and parking, whether you take new patients, your fees. It answers only with what you wrote down; when it does not know something, it says so and notes the question.

A message for pain or an emergency

It notes who is calling and what is going on, and says what you decided a patient should do in an emergency, for example call the practice emergency number. It makes no diagnosis and does not judge how urgent it is.

A summary after every call

Every call is in your dashboard with a summary and transcript, and the summary reaches you by email. After the treatment the front desk knows who called.

What it deliberately does not do

Better honest up front than a surprise on the phone.

  • No medical advice and no triage. With pain or a treatment question it takes a message and gives your emergency instruction.
  • No link with your practice software. Appointments land in Google Calendar, not in your patient system; otherwise it notes a callback request.
  • No transfers and no moving appointments. It calls nobody, does not put callers through and does not move or cancel anything itself; it notes such a request.

What the AI receptionist does and does not do yet

Everything in one place, as the assistant works today, so you know up front what you are getting.

Let our AI call you back and ask a question. You speak with our general demo assistant, not one set up for a dental practice. No account needed.

For Dutch and Belgian phone numbers

Where can we reach you?

How you set it up

Three steps, fifteen minutes. All you need is your website and your Google Calendar.

01

Start with your website

Enter your web address. The assistant reads your site, suggests your sector and uses your own wording to answer questions.

02

Choose what it does

Appointments in your Google Calendar, answering questions, taking a message. You pick its name, voice and greeting and change whatever you like.

03

Test it and go live

Run a test call in your browser. Happy? Forward your own number, around the clock or only when you do not pick up, and it answers.

Before you start

It makes no diagnosis and does not judge how urgent it is. It notes the name, phone number and the complaint, and says what you decided for emergencies, for example the practice emergency number or the dental out-of-hours service. It does not transfer the call. The message is in your dashboard and your email right after the call.

Yes, if your diary runs in Google Calendar. It looks for a free slot on the day the patient names, within the working hours you set, six months ahead too, and puts the appointment with name and number in your calendar. If you plan check-ups in your practice software, or prefer to book them later, have it note a callback request instead.

It does not move or cancel appointments itself. It notes the request with name, number and the day that suits the patient better, and says honestly that the appointment has not been moved yet. The Tuesday appointment stays until the front desk changes it.

Only what you wrote down. If you put your fees or your price list in the assistant's text, it names them. If there is nothing, it says it does not know and notes the question for the front desk. It is set up not to name an amount that is not in your text.

It asks what an appointment or callback needs: name, phone number and the reason for calling. When a patient says something about their complaint, that ends up in the summary and the transcript. That is health data, and at a dental practice it comes up structurally. The standard data processing agreement you accept with your subscription is not enough for that: it asks you to contact us before you go live, so we can make additional arrangements. You can build and test the assistant in your browser straight away. Also decide who in your practice sees that email and the dashboard. Part of the processing takes place outside the EU, on the basis set out in the data processing agreement, which also lists the sub-processors. More in our privacy policy.

No. It works with Google Calendar. If your diary runs in your practice software, it notes requests as callback requests and the front desk books them. With the per-call webhook you can forward the summary yourself through Zapier, Make or n8n; we do not build a link with practice software.

Building and testing takes fifteen minutes. Going live is a call-forwarding code on your mobile or landline: you keep your own number, the assistant answers when you want it to.

It says so honestly and takes a message. After every call you get a summary by email; the full conversation is in your dashboard.

With Google Calendar. Other calendars and trade software are not connected yet; with the per-call webhook you can build your own link through Zapier, Make or n8n.
