You pay 6 months up front with 10% off, or 12 months up front with 20% off. If you take the trial first, that payment starts after the 7 free days. Your minutes still renew every month, not all at once. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and a paid period is not refunded — except within the 30-day money-back window if you paid now. A partner or referral discount of three months applies to monthly billing only.

You skip the trial and pay straight away. In return you get 20% off every invoice for as long as the subscription runs — not three months, but permanently. That discount comes on top of the discount of your billing period: yearly you then pay 36% less than the monthly price, every six months 28% less. Starter becomes €63.20 a month, €341.28 every six months or €606.72 a year; Business €159.20 / €859.68 / €1,528.32 and Pro €239.20 / €1,291.68 / €2,296.32, all excl. VAT.

If you pay now, you get your first invoice back in full if you ask within 30 days of that payment. One e-mail to info@voicehelden.com is enough; we refund the amount through the original payment method and the subscription ends. The guarantee covers the first invoice, not later invoices and not extra minutes.

The assistant keeps answering — we don't switch it off. The minutes above your bundle go on the next invoice. If you go over structurally, a bigger plan is cheaper and we'll tell you so.

From your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; during the 7 free days, cancel before the first charge. No notice period and no call you have to sit through first. The number the assistant answers on stays linked to your account for now; it is only released when you delete your account.
