Recommend voicehelden to business owners you know. When someone becomes a customer through your code, you receive 15 to 30% of the subscription, every month the customer pays. The more paying customers you bring in, the higher your level and your percentage.
Only registered businesses in the European Union can become a partner. You sign up on behalf of that business.
With your code your customer gets 10% off for 3 months according to your partner code’s discount period. You accept the partner terms when you create your partner account; we go through them together at an introduction.

Sign up as a partner
Create your partner account right away: you choose your code, accept the partner terms and are ready to share. If you would like to know more first, click Plan an introduction. You tell us how many customers you look after, then choose a slot for your next step right away.
Your partner code
Create your partner account yourself and your personal partner code is there immediately. Go through the introduction instead and we cover the agreements there first. Your customer enters that code when signing up, or uses your share link with the code already in it. You start on Bronze, with 15% commission.
Recommend and receive
Share your code with business owners you know. Of the subscription part of every paid invoice of a referred customer, your level's percentage is yours; approved commission is paid out monthly through self-billing. With more paying customers your level rises, and with it your percentage.

The business owner becomes a voicehelden customer, takes out the subscription themselves and receives the invoice, the assistant and the support from us. You bring in the customer and receive the commission for it. That keeps it simple for everyone: one contract, one invoice, one point of contact.
Resell: on request
Would you rather resell voicehelden as part of your own services, with the invoice in your name? That is possible on request. There is no white-label version and no separate pricing; the product keeps the voicehelden name and costs what the pricing page says. Say so at the introduction or email info@voicehelden.com, and we discuss whether and how that fits.
What you never have to do in either case: set up the assistant, arrange the phone number or answer customer questions. The business owner builds the assistant in the app, turns on call forwarding from a Dutch mobile number and sees the calls in the dashboard. If they get stuck, we help them, not you.
From Bronze to Platinum, one rule: more paying customers, higher percentage
Your level follows the number of paying customers who came in through your partner code, not revenue. Each level gives a higher percentage on the subscription of all your referred customers, plus a few things that make recommending easier.

We set the level each quarter on the number of paying customers at the end of the quarter; that level applies for the next quarter. Within a quarter you never drop. We set your percentage per partner and confirm it by e-mail at the start of every quarter. All percentages apply to net subscription revenue excluding VAT; extra minutes and bundles do not count.
Worked example
The Starter plan costs €79 a month, excluding VAT. Per level the commission looks like this, calculated with the highest customer count of that level (for Platinum with the minimum).

Amounts excluding VAT. During the 3-month discount period, your customer pays 10% less with your partner code; your commission on subscription revenue received is proportionally lower. The trial remains 7 days; a customer who pays straight away gets 20% off every invoice instead. The same percentages apply on Business (€199) and Pro (€299), so the commission per customer is higher there.

Frequently asked questions about the partner programme
Your level follows the number of paying customers through your partner code, not revenue: Bronze 15% with 1 to 4 customers, Silver 20% with 5 to 9, Gold 25% with 10 to 24 and Platinum 30% with 25 or more. The percentage applies to the subscription excluding VAT, every month the customer pays.
At the end of each quarter we count your paying customers; that number sets your level for the next quarter. Within a quarter you never drop. You start on Bronze with 15%; we confirm your level by e-mail at the start of every quarter.
From Silver you use voicehelden yourself without subscription fees, as long as at least 3 customers you referred keep paying. If that number drops below 3, you pay the normal rate again.
A commission is approved 30 days after your customer's paid invoice. Approved commissions are paid out monthly once your balance is at least €100; a lower balance rolls over to the next month. When the agreement ends, we also pay an approved final balance below €100.
In your partner dashboard: your share link, your customers with their status, your level and your commission per month. The monthly settlement arrives by email.
If the customer cancels, the commission stops from the first month they no longer pay. If the customer gets a refund, the commission on that amount lapses; if it was already paid out, we offset it against your next payout.
No. We work with self-billing: every month we draw up the invoice for the approved commission on your behalf and pay it out. You check the statement and draft nothing yourself.
The commission is an amount excluding VAT. If you are VAT-registered, VAT is shown separately on the self-billing invoice and you remit it. If you are exempt, mention it at the introduction. Discuss your own situation with your accountant.
No. Ads on the voicehelden brand name, in search engines or on social media, are not allowed; we run those campaigns ourselves. You may mention voicehelden in your own content, newsletter and conversations, with your partner code.
No. The commission is meant for customers you refer, not for your own subscription or that of a business you have a stake in. If you want to use it yourself: from Silver your own subscription is free as long as at least 3 referred customers pay.
You receive a commission every month for as long as your referred customer pays. This continues for existing customers after ordinary termination. A serious breach stops future accrual; accrued commission remains payable, subject to refunds and chargebacks.
On the sign-up page you tell us how many customers you look after; you then see your next step right away and choose a slot that suits you. Create your partner account right away instead and you choose your code and see your dashboard immediately; you can still plan your next step later.
